How We Make Money

IsItGoodDeal.com is a free resource. To keep it running, some of the links on our site are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission when you click through and make a purchase or sign up for a service. This comes at no extra cost to you — the price you pay is the same whether you use our link or go directly to the vendor's site.

What Are Affiliate Links?

Affiliate links are special URLs that track referrals from our site to a product or service provider. On IsItGoodDeal, these links are always marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute in the HTML. When you see a "Try," "Get Started," or "Learn More" button on a verdict page, it's typically an affiliate link.

Our Independence

This is the part that matters most: affiliate relationships never influence our Deal Scores or verdicts.

Our scoring methodology is based on real user feedback, pricing fairness, and value for money — not on which companies pay us commissions. Products score what they score. We have given low scores to products with lucrative affiliate programs, and high scores to products with no affiliate program at all.

We review products and services we would genuinely recommend to friends and family, regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists. If a product isn't worth your money, we'll say so — even if we could earn a commission by recommending it.

FTC Compliance

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose that:
